Udawalawe National Park
One of Sri Lankaβs best places to view wild Asian elephants year-round, with a population of around 500 elephants. The park spans grasslands, forests, and wetlands around the Udawalawe Reservoir. It's home to 43 mammal species, 184 birds, and 135 butterfly species. Great for wildlife photography, especially during early morning or sunset safaris.
