Viharamahadevi Park
The oldest and largest public park in Colombo, situated opposite the Town Hall. Originally named "Victoria Park" under British rule, it was renamed in honor of Queen Viharamahadevi. The park features wide lawns, a golden Buddha statue, fountains, a mini zoo, a childrenβs play area, and occasional art and cultural exhibitions. Itβs a favorite for joggers, families, and city dwellers looking for relaxation.
